Groups and Fellowship

The Mix is a warm and welcoming monthly community gathering where people of all ages can enjoy board games, table tennis, Wii dance, and friendly conversation over tea, coffee, and homemade cake. Alongside our regular sessions, we celebrate with special events such as a Summer BBQ, Christmas/New Year Party, which bring extra joy while also supporting our Church Charity of the Year. Whether you come with family, friends, or on your own, The Mix is a place to relax, connect, and share laughter in a spirit of fellowship and hospitality.

A warm, welcoming group that gathers on the first and third Wednesdays of each month for music, friendship, and fun. Whether you love singing, enjoy a good chat, or simply want some company, you’ll find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Each session begins with a light-hearted quiz and sing-along, with plenty of tea, coffee, and cake to share. Some stay on afterwards for a free community lunch, with delicious homemade soup and desserts. Come along on your own or with a friend—you’ll be assured of good company, uplifting songs, and a very warm welcome.

We host the Brownies (7–10 years) on Tuesdays, 1st Rowbarton Guides (10–14 years) and Rangers (14–18 years) on Thursdays, and Rainbows (4-7 years) on second Saturdays of the month during term time.

Alternately hosted by Rowbarton Methodist and St. Andrew's CE Churches. Arts and crafts, Family activities with a christian themes and stories. Ideal for young families and children.
